Happy 2nd Birthday Seth!!
We celebrated Seth's 2nd birthday today. It is hard to believe that he is two already. He is a lot of fun and usually a very happy boy. He loves balls, cars, climbing and anything else that is associated with boys. We did not do anything big for his birthday since we did not get home this morning until 3 am from our trip (I will post more about that later, hopefully tomorrow). We had dinner, cupcakes and then we all went to Wal-mart to get his gifts. Mommy and Daddy got him a new big wheel and Jacob and Emma got him some Speed Racer cars. He was excited.

Rough Week
It has been a rough week here at the Brown Household. I have been really sick and found out from my doctor that I have a bacterial infection, which is Ecoli bacteria. I went on antibiotics on Thursday evening and am feeling much better now. We were hoping that I was sick from the bacteria and not just pregnancy sick.
We are leaving today for a 10 day trip to AZ to visit the Farish's. We are very excited and will post all about it when we return. All of the kids are very excited about flying on a plane, I just wish that I was as excited. It will be a fun trip.

Mother's Day
I had a wonderful breakfast this morning prepared by Sean and my kids. We had bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and country style hash browns. Actually, I have been feeling very sick the past two days so I only had a little bit of hash browns and they were delicious. It is a Mother's Day miracle because I am feeling much better this evening. I am sure that I will enjoy dinner much more. The kids gave me a nice garden statue and Sean gave me a gift certificate for a day to myself. I am really looking forward to using that very soon.

Anniversary Date
Sean and I will celebrate 7 wonderful years together on Monday, May 12th. We were able to go out to dinner tonight, by ourselves, to celebrate. We went to Otani Japanese Steakhouse, it was very yummy. Thanks to Aunt Gretchen, Corrine and Griffin who entertained our kids. Our kids always love playing with them. I also promised Sean that we would go to a movie but did not have time for that tonight so we will have to do that another night. He loves going to the movies, me not so much. When we get out on a date I want to be able to have some adult conversation and not just sit and watch a movie.
For those of you that do not know Sean went back on the overnight shift last week. He goes to goes to work at 9:30pm and gets off at 7:30am. He did this before for about 5 years but it has been a tough adjustment for me this time. Hopefully it will not be too long that he is on this shift.
